SERVICE REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY RELATED MAXIMIST EQUIPMENT ISSUES, (while under product warranty)- Log into your Account.
- Click on "Orders" (Once logged in, scroll down the page, look to the left)
- Locate and View the Order, with the item you have purchased
- Select your item, and Click “Return Request” button, near the product your wish to return for Warranty Service
- Once completed, Return Details will appear under "Existing Requests" below.
- Please monitor your Email, and Spam folders for messages from us concerning your Return
